1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays (if applicable).

2. Delivery Time

We usually deliver parcels within 3 to 4 working days across Pakistan.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service conditions.
Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before placing your order.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service.
Customers are required to open and check the parcel in front of the delivery rider before making payment.
Once payment is made and the parcel is accepted, no return or exchange will be entertained.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a confirmation call or message with tracking details (if available).

6. Delays & Liability

Nureh Collection is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Incorrect Address

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery delays may occur. Re-shipping charges may apply.
