Customers are required to check their parcel carefully before making payment.
Once payment is made and the rider leaves, no return, refund, or exchange request will be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Parcel Checking Requirement (Important)

Customers must open and inspect the parcel in front of the delivery rider before making payment.
If you receive:
A wrong item
A damaged product
You must immediately inform the rider at the time of delivery.
Failure to report the issue at the time of delivery will result in rejection of any future claim.

3. Replica Product Acknowledgment

All products listed on our website are high-quality replicas and not original branded items.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this condition. Refunds will not be issued based on misunderstanding regarding product originality.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

5. Non-Delivery Issues
